Our Founder
Jo Godolphin BA (Hons) MSc MRICS MCIOB
I founded Pink Pebble to provide private clients with independent advice, commercial expertise, and project leadership throughout the development and construction process.
My role is simple: to represent my client's interests at every stage, helping them make informed decisions, manage risk, and achieve the highest possible standard of delivery.
As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Construction Manager (MBIOC), I bring experience gained across projects ranging from bespoke private residences to major developments, with values exceeding £60 million. I work closely with homeowners, architects, consultants, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.
I am a passionate advocate for the construction industry; I am an RICS APC Mentor, Associate Lecturer at the University of the Built Environment, CIOB Cornwall and Plymouth Hub Committee member, Treasurer for the Constructing Excellence South West Cornwall Hub, and active member of the AECB Cornwall Group.

A Quantity Surveyor with over 50 years expertise, Paul has worked all over the world. Paul is an Associate Member of the RICS, and a Member of Quantity Surveyors International.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager global expertise. Chath is a Member of the CIOB, a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and working towards becoming a Member of the RICS.
Chris
A qualified Project Manager with a breadth of experience across all sectors including education and charities, Chris is a procurement specialist, and Member of the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange.
