Project Management is about leadership. We work with Clients from project inception, and with the project team we co-ordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery.
We work collaboratively with contractors and sub-contractors to manage the construction works.
We are experienced Contract Administrators and Employers Agents, and can undertake these roles in conjunction with quantity surveying and commercial services

AND SAFETY
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) included the introduction of the role of Principal Designer.
We can advise on, and undertake the following:

Passionate about the construction industry, and Cornwall!
Jo has spent much of her working life in the construction industry, and as a construction consultant has gained extensive experience in a wide range of projects in public and private sectors as a Quantity Surveyor, Employer's Agent, Contract Administrator, Project Manager, and Construction Manager.
Sucessfully delivering projects at both pre and post contract stage of upwards of £60million, Jo applies the same level of care and attention to detail across all projects. Latterly specialising in high specification, luxury residential and commercial developments across Cornwall.
Jo is passionate about advocating for women in the construction industry; and enjoys attending careers events. Jo is an RICS APC Mentor, STEM Ambassador, and an Associate Tutor at the University College of Estate Management.
In her spare time, Jo enjoys long walks with her Cocker Spaniel, camping holidays all
over the UK, reading, cooking, fine wine, and cycling.
